Lanier set up instructions?

I think the company forgot to send me a cable. I have the footpedal, station and power source attached to the adapter. The box is also attached to the power source. However, there is no cable to hook the box up to the phone line. The phone cord I've got doesn't fit the hole in the back of the box. Does anyone have instructions or can you tell me what I'm doing wrong here?
