Well, i use Dictaphone's straight talk, it is very good quality and you can pick up the equipment very reasonable. You don't need a C-phone as you can transcribe from the unit itelf. YOu would only need a C phone if you want an off-site transcriptionist to transcribe for you and even then there are other options, you could download to tape using a 3920 and there are other methods, as well. This is perfect for a relatively small operation. If you need more info, just email me.
