Dial in ME95

I think this might be a little outdated, but I have two of them and they work great. You can check out martel.com (I have no affiliation with them and bought my 2 units from someone off this board). Just to let you know, the smartmedia cards that the Olympus units use are also outdated, but can still be picked up rather cheaply. What you do is have an incoming phone line plugged into the ME95 which in turn is plugged into an olympus voice activated transcriber. when the phone call comes in, the transcriber is turned on and records. The doctor CANNOT pause, fast forward, rewind etc. they just talk and cough and ... you get what I mean. Anyway, when they are done dictating, you can just pull out the card, download it into your computer and using their software (very easy) type away. In fact, if anyone has an extra one or two, I might be interested.
