I had a coupon for $25 off at Circuit City, so I paid $25 for a $50 battery backup. I usually buy computer-related stuff at www.provantage.com, which usually has prices that are lower than my local stores, even when you count the Provantage shipping charge. They ship really fast too.

I've also bought some things at www.pcmall.com, where I got good prices and fast shipping.

I've used APC battery backups for several years with several different computers, and I've never had a problem with any of them.
