Infinity Foot Pedal/MedQuist

I have an Infinity foot pedal that I got when I worked for MedQuist (using DVI) - model IN-DB15KM (15-pin gameport). I don't work there anymore and it doesn't work with my current software. I used it for about 8 months & it is still in great condition. $20 bucks plus shipping. My zip code is 92386.
