Stedmans Spellchecker 2004

I must be a total dummy. Anyone else have problems installing Stedmans Plus Spellchecker 2004? For the life of me I cannot get it to install. Yes, I put in the CD ROM Drive. Then it "installs" on its own, but nothing happens. It says it's done and then nothing's there. Checked it. It definitely isn't there.
