Automatic Recording Equip. Needed

Is there anything currently on the market that will AUTOMATICALLY, unattended:
1. Dial over a phone line into a Lanier system at a pre-set time (say 7 a.m. every morning).
2. Enter appropriate codes, etc., to access a transcriptionist's personal dictation line.
3. Record and sign off a pre-set number of minutes or quantity of reports.
4. Save these to some type of WAV or MP3 file ready to be transcribed. What are some solutions and what are the price ranges?
