C-Phone

Hi, I know this probably sounds crazy but I have a C-phone that I have not used for a few years. I now need one for a new job. Well, when getting my C-phone out, I remembered that the dog pulled the wires from the back of the phone. Of course, now I have no C-phone. I did found one on E-Bay and believe it or not I can pick it up because they only live about 30 miles away. Great right? But I have a fairly new computer, DELL, which I did not have back then. It uses USB ports. How can I know that the C-phone will be compatible with my computer? I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP I CAN GET. THANK YOU!!!
