I am honestly not sure how it works. Technology blows me away. I personally did not have that many callers calling in at one time. In fact, I mostly used it to transfer voice from what the hospital or clinic was already using and send it into the DVI. It's pretty cool that way, because then the doctor doesn't have to change how they are dictating. Feel free to call me if you would like (580) 349-2733.
