Adapter for philips or norelco headset

I recently stumbled upon an adapter that allows me to plug any standard headphone set, like are sold everywhere for radios, into the round four pronged plug that is utilized by older philips and norelco systems.

I would like to find more of these adapters. Can anyone recommend a place that sells or makes them?
