Foot pedal for OmniMD.com

The one and only doctor I type for is going over to the OmniMD.Com software for dictation and transcription. I talked with the sales representative at OmniMD and he was not sure if I would need a wav pedal to do the work. He did say I can listen to the dictation on Real Player, etc. Is anyone familiar with the required foot pedal and the set up of this. Is it very complicated? I also work for another company using DocQScribe and use the wav pedal but they set that up for me so I have no knowledge of how to do it. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Bunny
