Need capability to re-record off my dictaphone straight talk machine

I presently have a Dictaphone Straight Talk system and would like to have the ability to re-record the work efficiently in order to allow other transcriptionists to do the work via a wave pedal on the internet.

I presently do have an FTP site hosted by FTPtoday.com but do pay in the range of 50-70 dollars per month......Do you host FTP sites as well?
