Hi: I just bought a laptop for my son, as I was told not to buy one used because if you drop them it is not a good thing to resell. I bought a new Toshiba for 899.00 with 150.00 rebate with lots of software and then a wireless card for 29.95. He loves it and the memory is 256. Bought at Best Buy. Hope this helps
