New Olympus Slide-Switch Hand Held Recorder

The new Olympus DS-4000 slide switch digital recorder is now shipping! Convert your doctors to hand-held recorders that work like their tape recorders with a slide switch on the side. Then install the new uploading software at their office that automatically encrypts voice files and either e-mails them to you or sends them up to your FTP site. The new software has a great tracking feature! If your Word/WordPerfect report has not been returned to the originating office/clinic/hospital with in the specified time (the voice file ID is embedded in it with upload time/date), the errant voice file name turns red on their screen! Thus the office manager is alerted to call you for the reason why. (You could replace hospital call in systems with this feature!)

The new DS-4000 also comes with a recharging/auto downloading caddie and has a much larger status window. This is the top of the line hand-held professional system and is not sold in stores! Also, if your customer's already have DS-3000's installed, a software upgrade can be purchased to provide the many new DS-4000 features including the tracking alert.
