Licenses for setting up work-at-home transcriptionists outrageously high (especially with Lanier systems)? Now you can re-record reports from Lanier/Dictaphone/DVI/RTAS/VDI hospital call-in systems and upload the files to your transcriptionists without expensive licenses! My software/hardware is automated and unattended and re-records the hospital reports (marking the reports files "complete" on your customer's hospital system). This allows you to either e-mail the voice files to your transcriptionists or use my software to automatically encrypt and upload files to an FTP site. When your transcriptionists download the work, the same software automatically decrypts the voice files to provide end-to-end HIPPA compliance! When the reports are done, they will be automatically encrypted and uploaded back to your computer via the FTP site (or e-mailed back of course). I can also provide an FTP site for $6.50 per month. The cost of the equipment to do this is $1,995.00 with free installation and a one-year free maintainence/support contract including replacement of any failed hardware for cost of shipping!
