Need laptop

I will be traveling to my parent's quite a bit in the next few months due to an ill grandmother but I don't want to have to stop work. If anyone has a laptop they want to sell with all the goodies a transcriptionist needs (XP, MSWord are a must) please email me. Or if someone knows a good company I could have one custom made for a reasonable price, let me know...Thank you
