Hospital changing equipiment again

Hi:
The hospital I work for is going from DVI transcribe stations to Lanier using a wave pedal and headphones connected to the computer. Do I have to buy these items or will my Dictaphone pedal and headset work? Sheez. They think I'm made of moneyLOL. thanks sf
