I realize your message has been up for awhile, but wanted to respond. I have a digital transcription machine, a VDI with four ports and 100 hours capacity. I had purchased it from Executive Communication. Physicians call into the computer and dictate their reports, just like they do at the hospital, but they are calling you instead. If you are still looking, let me know. I have the complete system, plus two other superstations, which allow you to access the computer in case you wanted to hire some help with your transcription.
