Old-fashioned microcassette transcriber

Like brand new in box, used only temporarily. Some doctors do still use the cassettes. If anyone out there has any small doctor office accounts, it would be great! I also have some books, like the Dorlands hard copy, which I paid $50, and BOS but not the new one...
