Olympus digital recorders

Does anyone out there know which Olympus digital recorders function like microcassette recorders and are easy to use, rewind, insert, etc? I am looking to purchase about 4 and am pulling my hair out using the DS2000 and 3000 models (the physicians just can't get the hang of them). Is there such a thing that Olympus makes? Who sells it? Thanks in advance for any help out there.
