Here's what happened...

Code 1335 does not work. I tried code 1298 for Digital Reconnect after putting the station into "dictator" mode and I get to the "Digital Connect" on the screen, but it won't let me enter an ID#. The display won't show me any information either, which I absolutely need.

I have the Update Display code already programmed, but that didn't work either.

Could you try this number and ID and see if you can connect to the system? Number is 1-877-466-9477, IDs are 466, 467, 468 and 469. If you can connect, could you tell me your VTI Configuration values? If you'd rather not do this, I completely understand.

If you press the ENTER key with the station turned off, it gives you the VTI Configuration Menu. Could you go into your menu and tell me what your settings are?

This won't hurt your station. Anytime you want to get out of the VTI Configuration you can press ON/OFF once or twice to turn it off.

Press ENTER key, then the right arrow key; see Master / Slave.

Press right arrow key and get "sync direction" press ENTER key to see what the setting is at and press ENTER again to get back to "sync direction".

Press right arrow key again, see "Phone # List" and bypass this by pressing right arrow again. See "Clear Defaults", press right arrow to bypass this. See "Cal echo cancel", click right arrow to bypass this. See "Serial Port BAUD" and right arrow to bypass this. See "Pulse Dial" and right arrow to bypass this.

See "Digital DTMF len", press ENTER key and tell me what number it says and press ENTER to return to Digital DTMF len.

Right arrow again, see DTMF Filt. Peak, press ENTER key, note this value and press ENTER again.

Press right arrow again, see "DTMF Det. level" press ENTER key and see "Minimum level" press ENTER key again and tell me what this value is. Press ENTER, see "Auto Level" press ENTER key and tell me what this value is.

Press ENTER and see "Forward Twist", ENTER key and tell me what this value is. Press ENTER key and see "Reverse Twist" hit ENTER and tell me whta this value is. Press ENTER key then ON/OFF button to return to "DTMF Det. level". Press right arrow and see "Receive Gain" hit ENTER and tell me this value.

Hit ENTER and right arrow see Ring level and bypass by hitting right arrow. See "Analog DTMF len." hit ENTER and tell me this value. Hit ENTER and continue hitting right arrow key until getting back to "Master / Slave", then hit ON/OFF button to turn off.
