Lanier Voicewriter LX-219 Problem

I have a lanier LX-219. When trying to dial a toll free number to connect, I keep getting this error on the lanier screen:

"Connect Failure Analog Mode Only" What could be the problem? I can't figure out why I can't login. Others claim they are able to login. I'm able to connect to other lanier systems...Just having trouble with this one toll free number for some odd reason. Any ideas?
