I'm trying to dial into a hospital with a toll free number, and I getting "Connect Failure Analog Mode Only" on the screen or I get to "Digital Connect" on the screen, but it won't let me enter an ID# to login. I have no problem dialing into other lanier systems. Other area able to connect to the toll free number, but I cannot for some reason.
Any ideas what the problem could be?
