I am having a terrible time making my lines. I am on an account with 20 and 30 second files, of which you have to write down all the demographics in your log and then transfer that to the demographic screen. You do get 3 lines per report just for the demo screen, but I find I spend most of my time writing down numbers and not typing, which is what makes my money. The system is old, Dos with a MedRite version of WordPerfect 5.1. You have to do daily downloads of your account demographics, which if you have more than one account you will be losing at least one hour a day in this process. It is also very time consuming to check email, upload your work back up to their server etc. They are very good though when it comes to benefits, the people, etc. But I have just become very frustrated with the whole process. Wish I could find a company that has as good benefits as they do, but have a much more up to date easier system.
