Hi, I read your posting about Transcription Matchmaker and I think you will have some success with that company. The lady that runs the company will do her best to place you where your strengths are. I would recommend contacting companies on MT jobs. I know Medware hires for clinic work, they seem to be very reputable. I just applied with a company by the name of Transtech and had very high ratings from MT Stars. I am working from home right now and know how you feel....it is getting so competitive.
