MQ woes on the brain

I find myself thinking about these recent developments too much. I'm very hesitant to switch companies. MQ is a good fit for me and I'm afraid if I switch to something else I won't get as good of a line rate or the flexibility I get with MQ and then will watch as MQ rebounds and kick myself. On the other hand, I worry that if I wait too long and MQ doesn't reboundn it may be too late.

As far as the recent thing about layoffs, that was from a stock analyst who follows MQ, but I don't know if he is even associated with it. Why in the world, if they are planning on big layoffs, would they still advertise for help with sign-on bonuses and add PTOs for employees? It just doesn't make sense. I think that is just speculation.

For now, I am keeping a close eye on it and taking notes on highly-recommended companies in case I do need to switch.
