testing is so that the company can find out if you REALLY know your stuff or you don't. Saves a lot of time weeding out people who say they can and can't. Why hire someone and then find out a week down the road that you wasted your time and they really can't deliver the goods, then have to start the process all over. I enjoy acing their tests. Makes me feel good.
