Anybody else sick of grammar and terminology tests?!!

You would think that someone with 14 years of experience would not have to take a GD 2-3 page grammar and terminology test!! Every time I apply for one of these jobs and receive a 2-3 page grammar test back, I just cringe. I am sick to death of going through these companies like water. My family is pretty upset with me also. Can't you MTSO's just give us voice files to test with? ? ????????????????????????
