A smaller transcription company that works with "newbies" coming out of school. They have you test. They work with your experience level (and pay you appropriately). When you improve, you are given the more challenging transcription work and your pay rate increases.

You have to be good though, even as a new transcriptionist. You have to allow your good work ethic to make up for your lack of experience.

Most of their transcription work allows you to work remotely through the internet, so you don't have to be located in Denver or Tucson.

I setup a lot of their transcriptionists over the phone, so if you get hired by them you may be talking to me someday ;)
