I left a wonderful company that I had worked for, for almost 10 years and signed on with OSi because I wanted employee status. It's probably the best move I ever made. I can't say enough nice about them from tech support to QA to management. I would highly recommend them! I had tried out many companies including MedQuist, DRC and Spheris and never found my home until I went with OSi. They use Word w/EXText. I can use my own text expander, always have plenty of work, pay is always on time and decent. Nice incentives when available. Productivity is really high, lots of normals to work with and easy to create your own. I was making 11-1/2 as an IC and even though I make less per line with OSi, I am bringing in more money even at employee status and working the same hours per week. Go for it, you really won't regret it.
