Any other dissatisfied MTs out there from Keystrokes? Have you been promised an account and then had it changed? Have you been sent equipment that was either broken or in bad condition? Have you been told you would start on an account on by a certain date only to have that time come and go with nothing in return for your waiting? How about the constant harrassment to type more on certain accounts? Do they think that we are going to sit there and type 24 hours a day? I know we have lost a lot of good MTs because they had to wait too long to get going once they were hired or they were sent bad equipment or not sent equipment at all when it was supposed to have been sent. I know we lost people because of payroll issues as well either not getting their checks or direct deposits or continuing errors in payroll. We always hear that things have changed and will be different. Sure - tell me more!! Has anyone else had something similar happen to them or am I just seeing this all the wrong way? I am sick to death of the rantings and ravings of the management staff and owner. She loves to get on here and defend her company but does she ever get on the account and type when they are behind? I dont think so - do you?
