MedQuist Insurance is really awful

They have Aetna and the coverage is really, really bad! The co-pays are high and there is hardly anything covered. And if you dont already work there, they suck! The communication is absolutely horrible! You go through a different supervisor like once every 3-4 weeks and you dont know until you sign on. And, they may, I say MAY answer your emails if your lucky within 2 weeks! Only been with them since Oct 2004, but had enough and going back to Spheris. The insurance is United Healthcare and the coverage is awesome. It is just me and I pay like a total of $ 70 out of every paycheck for full medical, dental, vision coverage. They also have 401K and they match your contrabutions. They keep in constant contact with their MTs and your questions are always answered in a timely manner. There are many assets to this company also; for example if you need sample reports on a certain account, you can get them YOURSELF! They have what they call "public folders" where they store all samples of reports for all their accounts. It is great! And if you need to contact someone, but not sure who, the company email address book is at your fingertips. The pay is pretty great to. Lots of incentives and always extra bonuses.
