NOT afford to buy any equipment right now, all ended up immediately either offering it to me for free, or a minimal leasing fee of like $10 a month. I've had C-phones offered to me, DAC units (whatever they are), Lanier equipment, etc. In fact, I even see ads running now on job boards that are saying ICs have to provide all this equipment, and I was hired by 3 of them and told they would PROVIDE me the equipment. So, if you are honest and say you don't have the equipment, maybe they will do the same for you. I certainly am glad that I did NOT buy this equipment, as the jobs were horrible in the end...
