There is no way an MT can be accurate jumping around on multiple accounts so

eventually either QA or the client is going to yell. The client pays the bills so if it all get stuck in QA or goes to the client nasty looking that will end it. You cant know 10 accounts bouncing in and out and do a good job. I guess once they get a lot of ASR they can do it but that it not the case yet and I expect once they bring down ASR rates that will cause a lot more people to leave.
