In response to what happens to MT's when MQ offices close

and combine with the "Big 4" offices of MQ's, you will constantly run out of work, as more MT's will be grabbing for the work that you have been doing. You can be assured that you will not get the amount of work that you had been getting from your primary account before the closing of your office, and you can be assured that you WILL NOT be working on the same account that you had worked on on any consistent basis --they will be cross training other MT's on your accounts, and likewise will you be on numerous new accounts.

DQS has done this to us MQ MT's. The supervisors will do anything to stay in TAT in order to get their kudos from upper management. It will become very difficult to even get your line count in, as there are constant new accounts popping up at you. Then you must read the client profile of each of these new accounts as their jobs come to you -- making it very difficult to get your line count for 2 reasons: DQS gobbles lines like PAC MAN anyway, and the new accounts will slow you down.

For those of you MQ MT's who have not experienced this move to the "Big 4" MQ offices, you have an experience of your lives before you, and I must say it has not been a pleasant experience in the case of our office going to the one of the Big 4's.

I feel for you MQ MT's who have not gone down that road yet, and IT IS IN YOUR FUTURE AND VERY NEAR FUTURE!
