Can you make 30,000 a year at healthscribe, if so how?

I am considering taking a job at healthsribe. I was told that I could make around 30,000 or so my first year. I am a newbie. I would like to know how I can do that. Also, I was offered a job with Accupro. Should I go with Accupro, if so, can I make good money there?

I am unsure about going with Healthscribe, but I do not know anything about Accupro either. Can anyone shed some light on both companies. I have read the archives about Healthscribe. However, I want recent opinions.
