In the middle of the year every time

Does this cause a problem to any other MQ MT's when MQ changes health insurance carriers in the middle of the year -- rather than the 1st of the year? It costs me TWO deductibles that year; one for the carrier from January-May and then another when MQ changes insurance carriers in June each year -- open enrollment time. Why don't they go from calendar year to calender year ?????

This is getting to be very expensive if you happen to have any tests done such as CT's, etc. or have to be hospitalized.
