I know it has to be done... but, any companies that dont test you to death??

I realize they are trying to hire the best, but I am sooooo tired of applying then having to spend all my day doing the transcription testing. Is this normal to have anywhere from 3-5 transcription tests that are quite lengthy? I guess I'm whining. I just want a decent job and guess I am burnt out of testing. Anyone NOT have to test or is this standard?
