I respectfully disagree. I have only 1 ESL on my account. I am an MT, though, and cannot speak to that comment about editing. I do not think that any one on my team turns in horribly transcribed reports....we all network pretty well so that should never happen. I was on a clinic count with Spheris last year with no ESLs. I have been there for 2 years. I think it is a good place to work.
