I work part-time as an SE for Medquist in addition to another full time job. They have a line requirement per pay period (twice a month), it varies with offices I think, but mine is 4000 lines per pay period. I work about 10-12 hours a week and I don't have any problem getting 6000-8000 lines a pay period. They are also very flexible.
