Here you go:
Open MS Word
Click on Tools, then click on Options, then click on the Spelling & Grammar tab, click on dictionaries, and then edit...you will get a message saying that "type as you go will stop" and you will need to restart it after you edit your dictionary, but just click ok...it will bring up your dictionary that you want to edit. When you're done just close the file and save it. Then, go back into Tools, Options, Spelling & Grammar and click on the "spell as you type box" to reactivate it. Hope this helps.
