Need Medical Spellchecker. Any ideas where I could download one for free? SM

A few years ago a company told me about a free medical spellchecker that I could download into MS Word. I cannot remember what the website was. Any suggestions on where I can download a free spellchecker? Also looking to buy Excel. Do I need to buy a whole MS Word package to get Excel or can I purchase Excel on its own?
