I get paid by the report and find that even with long reports (sm)

the short ones balance it out and I make an average of $32 an hour. This is on a fairly hard account with a steady work load. I was leary of this at first as I had always been paid by the hour or by the line, but I find this to be the best money I have ever made. I have been with my current employer for 3 years and make $1.10 per report. Hope this helps.
