Just quit a local job

and have gone back to a national. Thought it would better doing local work but after having to deal with the phone calls, the supervisor's inability to do her job, having to go into the office at the drop of a dime, etc. NO THANKS. I know a lot of companies have issues but my experience is that the local level is no better.
