They use the WebCorrect platform, which is great. The system rarely, if ever, goes down (unless they are doing maintenance). We provide feedback to all new MTs, and we are available on IM. E-mails include our hours of availability, so that the MTs know when they can contact us for questions or concerns. Great company to work for. I would highly recommend them.
