Benefits are good, approach with caution

Precyse does offer one of the best benefits packages out there, hands down. If that is one of your top priorities, then they would be a good choice.

My own personal experience with this company was a nightmare. I stayed a year hoping things would get better but just couldn't take anymore. They outsource, so I was constantly finding my account without work, and my secondary, and my tertiary. This would mean hopping around between 4-5 different accounts just to get my lines in for the day, which was grueling. Their communication stinks. I found I couldn't get answers to the simplest questions and found that they weren't always completely up front (like the recruiter telling me they didn't outsource). QA was never on the same page. They would tell you one thing one time and then totally change their minds the next. The platform was the worst I have ever worked on and their server constantly going down.

Now, saying all that, there are lots of people who are quite happy there. We are all individuals and comfortable with different "work" environments. This one wasn't for me but may be a great fit for others.
