Actually, never been there before, but via phone and email everyone has been nice to me. I get the assigned work done and don't complain, so I have never had any problems. Obviously the people there must be good or they wouldn't have jobs. As far as the line rate goes, that is between the MT and HR when your hired and then up to each person to ask if they want more, so I don't know how anyone can claim they know what everyone else gets, it is confidential for a reason.
