Their program is a web-based program so you do have to be online the entire time you're working. Of course you can have multiple windows running in XP and simply use alt+tab to move back and forth between. I don't know what the part-time requirments are, but in the short time I've been with them I've found them really nice to work with. If you as asked to do an account with high ESL .. if it is the one I'm thinking it is, it is fairly difficult work. I also agree with the above poster, don't count on google too much, find other reference material.
