Why can't I find a company who values - sm

their MTs? I would really like to find a company that pays decent - right now I make 0.09/line, has reasonable health insurance, has a production incentive, flexibility in the scheduling, PTO and paid holidays. Anyone know of such a place? I feel like it must be a fantasy because I have been doing this for 6 years and have yet to stumble upon any company like that. I realize working from home is a perk in itself - but does that mean all the other perks don't exist?
