Can anyone tell me where I am at in the hiring process. I took the Medquist test. I never received my results, so I emailed the recruiter. I received a reply back from the recruiter that said " I am seeking placement for you", entry level positions are few and be patient.

Does this mean I passed the test? Or they are trying to be nice and let me down easy.
